Project Summary: For this TC2 site, Subterra undertook a series of seven test holes, encountering soft to firm silt beneath the topsoil layer. TC2 reinforced concrete slab foundations (waffle slabs) were constructed atop compacted gravel rafts, in accordance with the recommendations of Subterra’s geotechnical report, to support the two-storey Multi-Unit-Buildings.
