Monitoring of construction works to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and recommend any measures that might be required during the process.
Review of supplied documents, photographs, and other evidence.
Preparation of a summary report (Site Inspection Report) summarising the monitoring.

Where contaminant concentration exceeds the acceptable background SCS values, a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) to recommend the procedure by which to remediate the site.
Monitoring and supervision of site work during the implementation of the RAP, including validation testing of remaining soils and presentation of the results in a Soil Validation Report (SVR).
